Q:  I am a bit hesitant to order custom shirts...I worry about the fit.
A:  The TRIAL SHIRT solves this problem.  No matter what style or type of fit you select for your shirts, we make one shirt first to ensure that your shirts fit the way you want them to fit.

Q:  Does each and every customer get his own personalized pattern...and what about quality?
A:  Absolutely!  A precise paper pattern is handmade by Ray based on specific measurements taken when you first visit our store.  We cut and sew all the shirts ourselves here on the premises of our Bala Cynwyd, PA store.  We use the finest fabrics and threads and the strongest linings in our collars and cuffs.

Q:  Can I request different collars, cuffs and monograms on my shirts?
A:  To keep production prices reasonable, we ask for a minimum 3 shirt order.  But within that order you can change the styles of your collars, cuffs, and monograms.  Monogramming is an additional charge of $9 per shirt.

Q:  I have shirts in my wardrobe that fit perfectly in the body but they have shrunken around the collar.  Can you change the size of the collar?
A:  We offer collar and cuff replacement for any shirts in your wardrobe.  We can also taper your shirts that are too large in the body or shorten sleeves that are too long.

Q:  What is the process for subsequent orders?  Do I have to come in every time I order?
A:  If your size remains the same and little or no changes need to be made to your paper pattern, you can place orders over the phone or through our website.  Request for the newest swatches or repeat a previous order.  You make your shirt decisions and e-mail your requests at your convenience.

Q:  Do you sell gift certificates?
A:  Yes, we sell gift certificates.  Since we do ask for a minimum order of 3 shirts, gift certificates start at a value of $375.
